HR Manager

We are proud to be supporting a progressive and values-driven healthcare organisation in their search for a strategic and experienced HR Manager, who is passionate and adaptable, with a keen focus on employee relations. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering HR strategy while leading on employee relations, workforce planning, and cultural development. You ll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed best practices, provide expert HR advice, and champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Our client has experienced exponential growth over the past five years, and now has a turnover of over £10m, and 190 employees. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement all people-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with current legislation Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support on all employee relations matters, including complex casework Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted HR advisor at all levels Support change and transformation initiatives such as restructures and TUPE Drive improvements in employee engagement, talent retention, and wellbeing Lead on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the workforce Provide regular data and workforce reporting to senior leadership and the board Manage and develop a small HR team, ensuring high-quality support across the organisation Contribute to the long-term workforce and succession planning strategy A
