Overview: Position: Nursery Manager Hours: 38h per week Location: Paddington, London Salary: up to 47,000 per annum Brief Job and Company Description Our client operates a well-established and respected Montessori nursery in the Paddington area. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Manager to join their team on an 18-month Maternity contract and oversee the general management of the nursery. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous Deputy Manager or Nursery management experience to join an excellent organisation with an excellent pay structure and benefits. Key Responsibilities The Nursery Manager will be responsible in dealing with the day to day running of the nursery setting. Overseeing a team of childcare professionals and helping to ensure that their jobs are done to the highest possible standard. Making sure that the nursery is fully compliant with OFSTED regulations. Ensuring that the nursery follows all EYFS principles. Employing and training new staff.
