Whilst delivering a high standard of bespoke education to students is of the utmost importance, identifying areas for improvement and flexibility is key. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has experienced working with children or young adults with additional needs. About the Role Whilst working closely with Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be working across the school and will spend time working on a 1-2-1 basis with several students throughout your week.
