Marble Talent Group are seeking a motivated and capable Mechanical Project Manager to join our clients growing team. This is a permanent position based in or near Birmingham, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, including retail, leisure, healthcare, office developments, and commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from inception through to completion
• Undertake design and estimation of mechanical building services systems
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met
• Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Report regularly on project progress to Directors
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects nationwide
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and company procedures

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Qualification to ONC/HNC level in Building Services (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and proactively
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel across the UK as required

Desirable:

• Experience in sectors such as retail, healthcare, leisure, or commercial developments
• Previous experience in both design and project management
• Strong commercial awareness and project costing experience
