This role involves working on office refurbishment projects, where attention to detail and quality finish are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of painting and decorating, including gloss, emulsion, and preparation work, ensuring high standards of workmanship. You will also need to bring a comprehensive toolkit, such as brushes, rollers, scuttles, extensions, scrapers, and whites (overalls), to deliver efficient and professional results. CSCS card is required. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification is desirable. Proven experience in painting and decorating, particularly within commercial or office environments. Ability to undertake all aspects of decorating, including surface prep and finishing. Full painting toolkit, including brushes, rollers, and associated tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish.
