A legal company based in Croydon are on the lookout for a switched on and skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive salary and an opportunity to work in a growing legal practice. The main purpose of a Conveyancing Solicitor role is to: Managing residential and commercial property transactions. Handling sales, purchases, leases, remortgages, and transfer of equity. Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation. Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors. Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations. Conveyancing Solicitor Specification: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations. Must have 1-3 years PQE.
