HR Business Partner
Would you like to work for one of Edinburgh''s oldest, most iconic employers?We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our clients HR team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on, operational generalist role.The role is fully site-based, in Edinburgh City Centre with onsite parking available. However there will be a requirement to travel to additional offices in the Edinburgh and surrounding areas to attend meetings as required, flexibility is required.What you''ll doPartner with senior leaders to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.Support recruitment, talent management, and learning initiatives.Involvement in HR projects.Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.Drive positive change and continuous improvement across the business.What we''re looking forCIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a unionised environment.Experience of leading complex ER cases.Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.Proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of projects.
