I am looking for an Architectural Technician for my architect client on a permanent basis. They have been established for over 45 years, and have particular expertise in the residential and retirement sectors with their work encompassing masterplanning urban extensions for mixed-use communities, residential scheme development, extra care housing, care homes and retirement villages.Responsibilities

The role will involve interpreting client briefs and the production of working drawings and technical documents whilst complying with the latest legislation. This is a real opportunity to develop over time and gain wider experience and knowledge, progressing with the technical team.Role requirements

2 years UK based experience working on residential/mixed use projectsExperience in AutoCAD and RevitSound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of building regulations
