The responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will be: Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing pragmatic and commercially aware guidance across a broad range of employee relations mattersManaging complex and sensitive casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and organisational change processesSupporting business areas through restructuring and transformation initiatives, ensuring people strategies align with operational objectivesProviding clear interpretation of employment legislation and internal policies to ensure compliance and mitigate riskContributing to the review and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and organisational development initiativesSupporting recruitment activity for senior and specialist roles, offering input on job design, assessment methods and selection processesDelivering training sessions and workshops to build management capabilityAnalysing and presenting workforce data to inform decision making and drive continuous improvementBuilding effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and trade union representatives The ideal candidate
