Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the TUPE process during employee transfers.
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on TUPE-related HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed TUPE documentation and communications.
- Conduct consultations with transferring employees and resolve queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition process.
- Support the integration of transferring employees into the organisation.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on TUPE activities.
Profile
A successful HR Consultant (TUPE Project) should have:
- Proven experience handling TUPE processes
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- The ability to communicate clearly with employees and management teams.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HR projects.
- Confidence in producing and presenting TUPE documentation.
