Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a growing contractor who are looking to bring on board a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team in Bellshill.This is a strategic leadership role where you will take responsibility for managing commercial risk, cost control, cash flow, and contractual compliance, while overseeing a team of commercial and quantity surveying professionals.You must have had previous experience in a Commercial Manager position with extensive history of managing and leading a team of quantity surveying and commercial staff. You will be from a main contracting construction background.
