We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong MEP background to join a dynamic team based in Central Manchester. This position plays a key role in delivering major infrastructure schemes and could lead to long-term project involvement with a prestigious client. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex infrastructure projects from RIBA Stage 3 5. Oversee the coordination of design, procurement, and commissioning of MEP services. Manage project teams and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Ensure robust technical compliance across HVAC, BMS, Fire, and Electrical systems. Support the delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions across diverse sectors. Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with an MEP background must have started your career in MEP. Track record of delivering large infrastructure projects such as data centres, rail, airports, healthcare, or commercial buildings. Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng MIMechE) or equivalent.
