BKLPartner - Accounts and Outsourcing - Advance Business Services (Salaried Partner with Equity and Bonus Eligibility).We believe in transparency, but the salary for this role can vary widely depending on experience—so we’ll speak about it early in the process.Join us as an Accounts and Outsourcing Partner, and help shape the future of our Advance Business Services (ABS) team.Following investment in BKL from private equity firm CBPE in 2023, our growth is enabling us to explore new areas as an organisation. As a senior leader in our ABS team, you will play a key role in guiding our growth as a competitive, extensive business, helping others to grow and succeed.In this Salaried Partner position with equity and bonus eligibility, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, drive new business, and embed operational excellence across our outsourcing platform.Working closely with the Head of ABS, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and delivery of outsourcing services across multiple locations. You’ll be able to apply a strong record in business development, and deep experience in outsourcing within an accountancy or financial services environment — ideally gained at a mid-sized or Top 50 firm.Your leadership will help to foster this supportive environment.This role is ideal for someone who combines vision, ambition and commercial acumen with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach. As a visible figure in the workplace, colleagues will recognise you for leading by example, mentoring rising talent, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.Lead the outsourcing service line – ensuring efficiency, compliance, and best practice implementation.Drive a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and accountability.Business Development and NetworkingWin new business opportunities, expanding the ABS client base.Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to identify and pursue strategic business development initiatives.Leverage existing networks to drive new revenue streams and establish a strong presence in North London and beyond.Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities.Act as a trusted adviser, providing insights on financial performance, process improvements, and ABS strategies.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across teams and with key partners.Financial and Commercial OversightOversee the financial performance of outsourcing services throughout the ABS team, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.Proven leadership experience in outsourcing within an accounting or financial services firm.Demonstrated ability to win new business, drive revenue growth, and expand client relationships.Business Development and Networking – strong ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.Client Advisory – skilled at providing strategic financial insights and outsourcing solutions.ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
