If you''re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you - this could be your next big move.About the roleAs our Employee Health and Wellbeing Advisor, you''ll deliver our occupational health agenda, supporting colleagues across multiple sites through expert clinical guidance, case management and proactive wellbeing initiatives.You''ll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in partnership with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide practical, people-focused solutions. You''ll mainly support our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with occasional travel to other sites.
