This role will play a key part in the refurbishment and relaunch of a mental health residential service, offering a unique opportunity to build and shape a service from the ground up.The successful candidate will be required to support CQC re-registration, with service reopening. The provider has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services and successfully launching new provisions. Key Responsibilities: Overall leadership and management of a residential service Supporting full refurbishment and relaunch of the service Leading CQC registration process and ensuring regulatory compliance Maintaining full regulatory compliance and Good CQC standards Leading, developing and supporting a strong Deputy and care team Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care delivery Maintaining occupancy and service stability post-launch Driving continuous improvement and inspection readinessIdeal Candidate: Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Registered Manager within residential care Strong background in Residential Mental Health Previous experience managing residential mental health services (CQC Registered Manager) Proven track record of managing stable, compliant ser
