Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an-Electrical Supervisor-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Electrical Supervisor-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the-Electrical Supervisor,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The-Electrical Supervisor,-will be responsible for:
- Act as the Authorised Person for electrical works, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety procedures.
- Undertake the role of Task Supervisor under established safety appointment frameworks (training provided if required).
- Provide line management for a team of electrical operatives.
- Deliver and oversee a range of planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a wider multi-trade team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Participate in an on-call rota, ensuring a responsive and reliable out-of-hours service is available for electrical issues.
To be successful for this Electrical Supervisor role you must have:
- 18th Edition.
- Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and commitment to best practices.
- Experience with commercial and industrial electrical installations.
- Competent in inspection and testing, holding 2392 qualification or equivalent.
- Fully conversant with the latest wiring regulations.
- Proficient in completing NICEIC certificates; opportunity to become a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- Physical ability for manual handling and use of access equipment (e.g., ladders, towers).
- Willingness to assist with minor building fabric repairs and general ad hoc maintenance tasks.
- Able to work in demanding and fast-paced environments.
- Capable of escorting external contractors on site when required.
- Electrical PPE, as required.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner when dealing with colleagues and clients.
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to a wide range of tasks.
- Diligent, intuitive, and committed to safety and quality in all work.
