Head of MarketingCentral London (hybrid, 3 days in office)Reports to: Partner and Head of SalesLevel: Full-time, Senior Individual Contributor A growing research consultancy is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy and execution across multiple sectors, including media, tech, entertainment, and more.This is a high-impact, full-time role for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a standalone position and enjoys a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.Reporting to a Partner and collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Head of Marketing will drive brand visibility, lead generation, and content development across digital and offline channels.Work alongside a Fractional Marketing Director, who provides strategic mentorship. Key Responsibilities:Own and deliver the company''s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.Lead multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, events, content, and partnerships.Manage content development including newsletters, case studies, thought leadership, and award submissions.Oversee social media channels, blog, and website content.Track, report, and present on KPIs including lead generation, engagement, and campaign performance.Own and manage HubSpot for inbound and outbound marketing automation.Align closely with business development and sales teams to support growth initiatives.
