HR Manager

HR Manager Monday Friday, 9.00am 5.30pm Up to 60k DOE Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) West Kent My client, a leading Financial Services company based in West Kent, is seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong interpersonal skills to join their team. In this role, you will lead a small HR team while acting as a true HR generalist, supporting and driving initiatives that make a real difference across the workforce. Duties include: Working closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with business needs. Supporting monthly payroll processes in partnership with Finance and contributing to longer-term payroll system improvements Driving initiatives for succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Mentoring and developing a small HR team to build capability and ensure excellent service delivery Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to enhance performance, minimise disputes The successful candidate must have/be: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills Solid background in HR management or advisory roles Experience within the Financial Services sector (preferred but not essential) CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent professional certification) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications High level of accuracy and attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities This role is being handled by Holly Ensoll, Business Support Consultant for Pearson Whiffin
