Our ambitious growth is focused around our crucial values and fundamental rules, with every product and service delivered with expertise, passion and heart.About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic people-focused individual with previous experience in talent acquisition preferable in the ICT sector.You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and culture within Flotek Group facilitating the end to end process of identifying, attracting and placing candidates in various roles within the group.Key Responsibilities:Identify, attract, and place candidates in various IT / Tech roles within Flotek GroupUtilise candidate sourcing techniques to proactively source talent including LinkedIn, networks, job boards and databasePartner with (and advise) department managers on the local talent marketWork closely with department managers to understand team dynamics, skills and personality needed for a new hire to fit into each roleUsing market knowledge to advise department managers on potential bottlenecks and developing a strategy to influence the candidates'' decision
