Job Title: Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) Location: Berkshire/Surrey Area Salary: £50-55k basic plus bonus OTE £55-60k The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and accountable Registered Manager to lead our established homecare branch. You will be fully responsible for the strategic and operational success of the service, ensuring total CQC compliance while managing care delivery for a diverse client group, including children, young people, and adults. Your mission is to drive the service toward Outstanding through robust leadership, financial oversight, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities CQC Compliance and Governance Act as the Registered Manager with full accountability for CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act. Lead bimonthly audits and maintain "inspection readiness" at all times. Manage safeguarding as the DSL, ensuring compliance with the Care Act and MCA/DoLS. Financial and Business Management Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll accuracy. Manage invoicing, credit control, and care hour reconciliation. Drive business growth by converting enquiries into care packages and meeting monthly KPIs. Leadership and Workforce Development Manage and develop the office and field-based teams, including Coordinators and Team Leaders.
