Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will remain close to practice with a 50% teaching commitment, modelling excellence in the classroom.Working closely with the Deputy Head of Sixth Form, you will: Lead and develop a high-quality, ambitious, and inclusive curriculum. Inspire, manage, and develop a team of teachers and Learning Support Assistants Drive continuous improvement through coaching, observation, and CPD. Contribute to quality assurance, inspection readiness, and strategic planning. Champion safeguarding and the wellbeing of all learners Work collaboratively with families, therapists, and mu
