The Company: CK Group are recruiting for a Development Technologist, to join a multinational corporation, specialising in the development and production of advanced thermoset composite materials, at their site in Nottinghamshire, on a permanent basis, for a salary from £35,000 - £45,000pa. Location:This role is located in Nottinghamshire. The site is also easily commutable from Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. Development Technologist Role:To identify potential technological improvements and areas of potential RandD, in line with the company s business strategy and market plan.To deliver agreed RandD projects.Involvement in Product Launch and related marketing activities.Communicate the results of RandD projects through appropriate formats to a variety of audiences.Support the Product Development team as required in line with the RandD roadmap.Assist with the creation of the company s Product Development objectives.Your Background: To be considered for this position, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:Degree level qualification materials science / chemistry.Industry experience.Proven ability to develop resin formulations for prepreg applications.Good presentation skills.Knowledge of analytical techniques used for resin development.Project Management experience.Microsoft Office competent.
