Your work will inform investment strategies, shape policy, and enhance reporting capabilities for internal teams and external clients.You''ll collaborate across the business-working with Investments, Distribution, and Reporting teams-to prototype ESG metrics, build sophisticated self-service tools, and champion data quality in a tech-forward, agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal stakeholders to understand ESG data needs and opportunities.Prototype ESG metrics using Python, SQL, and Excel, enabling accurate implementation by data engineers.Build and maintain web applications and dashboards to visualise ESG data using Flask, JavaScript, and Tableau.Support automation initiatives using internal AI tools.Develop expertise in ESG regulatory frameworks (SFDR, TCFD, UK SDR, ISSB).Improve and monitor data quality, driving resolution of data i
