We''re seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our engineering team in Bristol. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and creating a welcoming space for both on-site and remote staff.
What You''ll Be Doing:
Office & Facilities Support
- Coordinate daily office operations and liaise with facilities providers
- Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are clean, stocked, and ready
- Organise logistics for internal meetings and events
Security & Access
- Manage staff and visitor badges
- Maintain accurate access records and liaise with security teams
Administrative Assistance
- Provide general admin support to the engineering team and leadership
- Assist with onboarding and office setup for new starters
- Maintain filing systems and office documentation
Office Supplies & Procurement
- Monitor and order supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency
- Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries
Team Support & Engagement
- Be a friendly point of contact for staff needing support
- Help coordinate informal team events and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive office atmosphere
What We''re Looking For:
- Previous experience in office administration or facilities coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other admin tools
- A warm, approachable manner and a genuine interest in supporting others
