Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for On-Premise channels, aligning with business objectives and brand vision.Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor for category insights and strategies.Leverage market data, consumer insights, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for category growth and product optimisation.What You’ll Need to Bring

Proven experience in category management, trade marketing, or a related field, ideally within the On-Premise or FMCG sectors.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of category dynamics, channel-specific needs, and consumer behaviour.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Who They Are
