OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client located in Immingham. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the project including all subcontract administration / cost and value reporting / assistance in main contract change management and reporting. Key Responsibilities Overseeing Subcontract administration for the delivery of the works including design / site set-up / civils / marine works and building and MEP works Contract management / administration of a number subcontracts (NEC4 Option A/C/E Subcontract) and design contracts (NEC4 PSC Contract Option A/C/E) ensuring compliance with the contract and business management systems. Manage and assess the monthly payment process for the aforementioned subcontract in accordance with the contractual timescales Manage and co-ordinate with the package manager the change management process under the subcontracts including drafting of contractors instructions / reviewing NCEs and quotations for compensation events Manage the projects main designer contract ensuring assistance is provided to the design team on cost information of design Work with the estimating manager and specialist suppliers to review and update the construction stage estimate in accordance with the latest design Produce monthly cost and value reporting including cash flow forecast and presentation to the senior management te
