To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on each menu including ingredients, preparation and serving methods.To provide a speedy, efficient and professional level of service at all times.To have a thorough knowledge of all menu and beverage list offeringsTo assist with all wet stock deliveries and help transfer stock from one department to another.To maximize sales opportunities through good serviceTo ensure that all liquor stock levels are maintained and correct ordering procedures are carried outTo attend all compulsory training sessions.To be hands-on and present in the bar at all times during service.To ensure that all service ware is properly cared for, cleaned and prepared for every service.To maintain the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and appearance and to be dressed in clean correct uniform at all times.Where necessary, assist with the training of new employeesCommunication
