Full training is provided, along with opportunities for progression within the business.Key Duties Working within the warehouse and production environmentLearning the full manufacturing processHandling and monitoring products throughout productionManaging and operating machinery (full training provided)Working both independently and within small teamsFollowing instructions from experienced tradespeople and supervisorsMaintaining high standards of attendance and work ethic Requirements Previous experience in Production, Labouring, or Assembly work preferredStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to use initiativeWillingness to learn new skills and processes Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6:30am 2:30pm2:30pm 10:30pm Pay £12.71 per hourOvertime paid after 45 hours
