Our client offers hybrid working with a range of benefits including private healthcare and bonuses.The Social Care Solicitor RoleThis full-time position as a Supervising Solicitor in Community Care offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and challenging caseload within an expanding team. You’ll be at the forefront of community care law, handling:Judicial Review challenges against unlawful local authority decisionsApplications for social services support and assessmentsCourt of Protection proceedings for vulnerable adultsComplaints and litigation against local authorities and NHS bodiesEssential Requirements

Qualified solicitor with minimum 3 years'' post-qualification experienceProven track record in social welfare law and Court of Protection mattersExperience gained within a reputable legal practiceStrong commitment to publicly funded legal workKey Skills and Attributes
