Driving and coordination Daily/Weekly/Monthly Cadence and ad-hoc calls with Client and internal stakeholders. Technical analysis, Feasibility check, Planning and Co-ordination for all Planned Maintenance Activities in all App, DB and Infra layer including OS patching, component upgrade, Kernel upgrade, Add-on/plug-in installation etc. Coordination for all planned/unplanned activities through Change management process established by client. Coordination, Due Diligence and Analysis for all periodic tasks like EWA Analysis, Security Note Implementation, Vulnerabilities, Audit etc. Define and agree for BAU process, approvals, Comms with Customer.
