Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties is proud to be exclusively partnering with a growing business based in Northamptonshire, currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating your assigned projects with an emphasis on thorough planning.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination:Liaise with trades and contractors to schedule works, arrange materials, and address job queries. Maintain clear, regular communication with Network Contractors to ensure all jobs on the network are managed effectively, while building and sustaining long-term relationships.Procurement and Cost Management:Purchase materials and hire plant for approved works.Manage all aspects of plant hire and off-hire.Reconcile actual costs against estimates and provide cost-saving insights when ordering materials, authorising contractors, and allocating work.Raise and issue purchase orders to suppliers and contractorsCustomer and File Management:Oversee the customer, client, and claimant experience from start to finish of the repair process.Validate all job details accurately and maintain excellence in file handling by logging all telephone and email communications, updating workflows and reminders, and labelling documents appropriately.Handle invoice processing for repair jobs.Site Support and Risk Management:Review and create risk assessments; collate all required repair documentation.Ensure legal compliance and welfare planning for
