Key Responsibilities:Support pupils with EHCPs in a small-group setting within the Resource BaseImplement structured learning activities and assist with access to the curriculumUse SEND-specific strategies and tools (e.g. visual timetables, PECS, Makaton, sensory interventions)Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and extern
