The Role

Draft and negotiate

commercial contracts, frameworks and collaboration agreements

Advise on

procurement law and wider public law issues

Lead on

business development and client relationship management

Collaborate with Property, Planning, Construction, Litigation and Social Housing teams

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE

with strong commercial contracts experience (public sector preferred)

Proven

leadership skills

and ability to mentor junior lawyers

Strong

commercial acumen

and client development experience

Ambitious and driven to achieve

partnership progression
