Service Coordinator

A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (35 hours) and paying 35,000 - 45,000 per annum depending on experience.Key Duties include but are not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.Schedule and dispatch engineersQuoting for remedial workReviewing job sheetsLiaising with clientsMaintain accurate recordsCollaborate with internal teamsPlease note that you may be required out-of-hours in case an emergency arises.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Service Coordinator position:Experience within organising a maintenance/service departmentGood Geographical knowledgeExcellent communication skillsManufacturing and production industry experience desirableStrong organisational skillsIf you feel like you meet the above criteria and would like to be considered for this Service Coordinator position, please apply with your CV and contact Katie at Prime Appointments for a confidential chat.
