Salary: -55,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our children''s home in Weston-super-Mare and help shape brighter futures.

Your Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the home. You''ll lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality, child-centred care that meets both regulatory standards and the individual needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the home''s daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards
Provide strong, compassionate leadership and support to the care team
Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each child''s individual needs
Promote the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of every young person
Build positive relationships with families, social workers, external agencies, and regulatory bodies
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and reports
Monitor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
What We''re Looking For:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a senior or management role within a children''s residential setting
A sound understanding of safeguarding, child development, and relevant legislation
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to quality care
