CybeRim .About The RoleAs a Solutions Engineer, you''ll serve as the technical bridge between the clients platform development team and the enterprise customers who need it. Working directly with our CEO, CTO and Account Executives, you''ll prove the transformative value of our AI-powered solution through compelling demos, technical discovery, and becoming the expert of the solution to serve as the first point of contact for technical questions from new customers. Whether customers need application maintenance automation, cloud transformations, code migrations, or deployment optimization, you\''ll be their trusted technical advisor.What You\''ll Do

Lead from the front - You\''ll be our first Solutions Engineer and set the standard for presales excellence. You should be able to achieve success and help implement internal playbooks to support team growth.Drive technical discovery and qualification - Partner with Account Executives throughout the deal cycle, leading technical sessions that uncover opportunities for maintenance automation, cloud migrations, code transformations, and deployment optimization while quantifying the business impact of solving compelling events and significant pain points.Architect and execute compelling proof of value cases - Build sophisticated technical demos that showcase how our clients\'' solutions solve many use cases, creating compelling moments and proof points that convert technical stakeholders into champions.Bridge technical and business stakeholders - Translate complex platform capabilities into business outcomes, helping decision-makers understand how automated maintenance, seamless migrations, and optimized deployments drive innovation velocity and competitive advantage.Orchestrate seamless customer journeys - Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure every opportunity progresses smoothly from initial discovery through successful handoff to implementation.Must-Haves (Essential)

Proven customer-facing technical expertise - At least 3 years as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role where you\''ve successfully guided complex technical sales cycles in enterprise accounts.Experience owning RFP responses - Demonstrated experience leading the assembly of technical materials to respond to customer RFIs and RFPs.Deep software development foundation - 7+ years of hands-on development experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, or similar enterprise frameworks, with the credibility to engage senior technical stakeholders from the development domain.Application architecture analysis skills - Experience evaluating and understanding complex application architectures, with modernization experience as a significant factor.Complex environment navigation - Demonstrated ability to work within and understand enterprise-grade technical environments and their challenges such as security topics.Modern technology fluency - Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud-native architecture, cloud computing concepts, containers, Kubernetes and DevOps practices.Technical communication excellence - Ability to create compelling technical documentation and deliver training that makes complex concepts accessible.Mobility and flexibility - Willingness to travel 10-30% to meet customers where they are and build relationships that drive deals forward.Exceptional written communication skills - (in English) with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.Benefits and Compensation
