This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority setting Main Purpose of the JobTo manage a caseload of households that have been identified as ready to move on from temporary accommodation into settled accommodation. Using the information about the household to offer suitable (as legally defined) settled accommodation for them, in order for the Council to discharge duties. This could be private rented accommodation, supported housing, direct offer of social housing, choice-based lettings or other settled accommodation options. To review information about the household, updating the housing needs assessment, and other documentation, as necessary, to ensure the needs of the household are fully understood.
