We are looking for caring and compassionate Senior Care Assistants who can solve problems, show good judgement and communicate with all sorts of people. The residential care home is a part of an established medium-sized care company with great opportunities for progression and a strong history supporting their staff to realise their full potential. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will promote high standards of care by ensuring all team members are trained and supervised appropriately and you will communicate professionally and staff and residents alike. The successful Senior Care Assistant candidate will be patient, caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life. Ideally candidates will have NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care and be medication trained.
