Finance Business PartnerLocation: Burton-on-Trent Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + bonus and benefitsThe OpportunityThis is a newly created role within a growing commercial finance team, focused on strengthening business partnering and improving how financial insight drives decisions.You''ll work with a large, complex cost base, helping to bring greater control, visibility and challenge to spend, while elevating the quality of reporting and analysis.The RoleA hands-on, commercially focused position where you''ll turn data into insight and influence how money is spent.Key areas include:Acting as a trusted partner to operational stakeholders, providing support and constructive challengeManaging and forecasting a significant cost base ( 100m+)Improving reporting to deliver clearer, more actionable insightExtracting and analysing data from internal systems (including Excel-based reporting)Supporting both backward-looking performance reviews and forward planningBuilding models and identifying trends to drive better decision-makingAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with post-qualified experienceStrong commercial mindset with the confidence to challengeAnalytical, curious and comfortable working with large data setsAble to influence non-finance stakeholders and build relationships quicklyExperience in multi-site or operational environments is beneficialWorking Pattern and PackageHybrid working (c. 50/50 split) 55,000 - 60,000 salaryBonusPrivate medicalAt Gleeson Recruitment
