Overview

Join a successful and collaborative TechOps team within the housing sector. Our client is excited to be searching for an IT Support Analyst who will help support SLA levels and deliver exceptional service across the organisation. You’ll be the go-to person for technical assistance and support, helping colleagues and maintaining internal systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensuring IT infrastructure is performing at its best, your role will be central to keeping everything running smoothly.Responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issuesRespond promptly to support tickets and service requestsInstall, configure, and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles)Troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, and network connectivitySupport and maintain Active Directory, file servers, and admin tasksCarry out maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure system reliabilityAssist with software and hardware upgradesCollaborate with the IT team to improve internal processesKeep detailed documentation of support cases, configurations, and processesQualifications

Proven IT support experience or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, network protocols, and troubleshootingExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Intune and remote desktop toolsConfident with hardware setup and configuration (PCs, printers, networking devices)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks under pressureHigh attention to detail and a customer-first approachIT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or MCITP (or equivalent) are a plusJob Details
