Aviation Sales Manager
Strategic, hands-on sales role focused on winning new business within airports, airlines, and ground handling companies. Responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive field sales, account development, and full sales cycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory sales plans aligned with business growth targetsIdentify and win new business across airports, airlines, and ground handlersDrive outbound activity (cold calling, site visits, networking, field sales)Manage full sales cycle: prospecting ? closing ? handoverDeliver tailored proposals and value-driven solutionsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersTravel regularly for client meetings and industry eventsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing)Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and sales forecastsMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needsSupport pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and proposal developmentEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulationsKey RequirementsProven B2B sales experience with consistent target achievementBackground in aviation, ground handling, or similar engineering/manufacturing enviornment (preferred)Strong experience developing and executing sales strategiesComfortable with cold calling and field-based sellingExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focusedStrong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholdersBe
