As Assistant Manager, you''ll support the Store Manager in delivering a successful store launch and driving daily retail operations. You''ll help build a strong team culture, deliver exceptional service, and set high standards from the start.

• Assist with all aspects of the retail store setup and opening

• Lead, motivate and inspire the retail team on the shop floor

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development

• Ensure excellent customer service and a standout shopping experience

• Drive performance and help achieve retail KPIs

• Take ownership in the Store Manager''s absence

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a fashion retail setting

• A hands-on leader who thrives in busy, customer-facing retail environments
