Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under teacher supervision.Support therapy and care programmes.Monitor pupil progress and report to the teacher.Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Manage challenging behaviour and provide emotional support.Supervise pupils during school activities and outings.Maintain learning resources and assist with specialist equipment. Qualifications and Skills: Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.Experience working with SEN pupils.Strong knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
