The Role:

• 
  

  Lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen

• 
  

  Manage and support the kitchen team through inclusive leadership

• 
  

  Contribute to menu planning and development

• 
  

  Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met

• 
  

  Work in partnership with the General Manager and Executive Head Chef

• 
  

  Deliver consistent standards aligned with guest expectations

Essential Experience and Skills:

• 
  

  Experience in a professional kitchen environment as a Head Chef

• 
  

  Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a kitchen team

• 
  

  Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations

• 
  

  Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively

• 
  

  Organisational and time-management skills
