The postholder will develop engaging opportunities for prospective students to learn more about Central and the value of specialist performing arts training. A key aspect of the role will be building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and colleges, ensuring Central is a recognised destination for students considering higher education in the performing arts. Event management is a significant part of the position. The successful candidate will take a lead in planning and delivering a wide range of recruitment activities, including large-scale open days, UCAS exhibitions, school and college visits, and online events.
