This includes maintaining, supporting, deploying and optimising key functional areas with a focus on security. The Systems Engineer will also be responsible for resolving support requests in a timely and accurate fashion, as well as provide recommendations and guidance on future architectural and technology improvements that impacts business performance and costs. Essential: Minimum 5 years experience or a related educational qualification Strong technical mindset with a desire to learn An understanding of the modern-day security challenges in IT A strong working knowledge of hardware and networking components The ability to work unsupervised with strong self-motivation Experience with scripting and automation Experience with virtualization platforms Experience using SIEM platforms Experience with EDR and vulnerability scanning Knowledge of Windows Server
