The home provides specialist care for the elderly and those with dementia, requiring a strong health sector background.The home has a Good CQC rating. You will be involved in daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and social care regulations.Main Duties
Your responsibilities include managing staff, delivering care, ensuring safety, recruiting, managing medication, monitoring quality, and promoting social activities.Safety - You Will
Protect service users from harm and abuseManage risks and ensure timely assistanceRecruit and mentor staffManage medication processesReview service quality and safety checksManage DoL processesPromote social activitiesEffectiveness - You Will
