Internal Account Manager

We''re on the lookout for an Internal Account Manager to join our well established and respected client based in Leicester (LE4) on a full time, permanent basis.Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience).Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. The Role: As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships to secure sales on behalf of our client. This is a varied and fast paced position supporting a small sales team.Key Responsibilities: Being part of a fast-moving sales team - quoting and helping customers via incoming calls and emails.Promotion of existing stocked brands that customers may not be aware of.Order and invoice entry.Daily despatches of orders.Obtaining FedEx proof of delivery (PODs) for customers.Handling customer credit notes/shortages/damaged goods. Essential Requirements:Good organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic individual to conduct sales calls.Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Desirable Requirements: Electrical wholesale background preferred.
