Based in Southampton, they are seeking a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join the team, on a full time, permanent. The Role: As part of the maintenance engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all production and process machinery operates efficiently. Your key tasks will include: Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults. Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly. Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems. Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff. The Requirements: Qualified to level 3 in an engineering discipline. Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an manufacturing environment. A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical and/or electrical systems
