This role will report into the Revenue Manager, whilst working in a close partnership with our General Manager and Group Director of Sales.Overview of the role:Grow our business profitably both reactively and proactively.Retain and develop our database of clients maximising profits.Have a good understanding of our competitor set, and where we sit within the market.Be the main point of contact for all corporate events, weddings, social events and exclusive bookings.Ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing weddings and events to enable us to fulfil our contracted promises to clients and guests consistently.Liaise and build partnerships with our third party suppliers and ensure a strong working relationship with each of them.Act as a brand ambassador for The Barnsdale ensuring that a positive brand image is strengthened and maintained in all interactions with customers.Thanks
